Thank you for your review! To explain what happened: I contacted you through email multiple times. (Shopify has this in their records) In the initial email sent it states to keep an eye out for emails as that will be the means I use to contact you with updates, delays and issues, and to be sure to check your spam folder. I even sent you a handwritten letter explaining this. I've sent you emails from start to finish with your tracking number and updates. The issue was (as I relayed to you through email) USPS marked your order as 'Addressee Uknown'. This happens when your name is not in their database as registered at the address, so they sent it back to the sender, i.e. my Supplier. I had contacted you twice in regard to this and offered to send a replacement and you never responded. I even sent you an email about the refund and the reason behind it. You again, did not respond. The refund was processed through on Shopify's end, and it did go through, as in their records.
